These terms govern your use of workunderstood.com and the services of Work, Understood., the consulting practice of Kargela Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
What we do
Work, Understood. provides AI workflow design and automation consulting: workflow conversations, workflow audits, opportunity maps, build sprints, and ongoing adoption and improvement support. The specifics of any client engagement, including scope, fees, and deliverables, are set in a separate agreement between us. If anything in a client agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement wins.
Use of the website
The content on this site is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. You may not use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to misrepresent your identity.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Some of our services include text messages, for example operational updates and reminders sent by an AI assistant we operate for you as a client. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- You will only receive messages after you have given written consent. Message frequency varies by the services you have set up. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact mark@workunderstood.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not guaranteed delivery, and time-sensitive information should never rely on SMS alone.
- Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including that mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and our brand belong to Kargela Consulting LLC. Deliverables created for clients are governed by the applicable client agreement. You may not copy or reuse site content commercially without permission.
Third-party services
Our services often involve third-party tools and platforms chosen with you, such as scheduling, messaging, CRM, and AI model providers. Those tools have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kargela Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For client engagements, liability terms are set in the client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
