Before this build, New Pace existed as a name, a placeholder Squarespace page, and a color scheme Charlie liked. There was no lead magnet that delivered itself, no scheduling wired to anything, and no path from a stranger landing on the page to an actual booked conversation.
What we built
A full site built around Charlie’s own story and the people he serves, not a template: home, about, and a dedicated coaching page, structured so the visitor is the one working through burnout, and Charlie is the guide, not the headline act.
- Booking wired to Bonsai. A visitor can book Charlie’s free consultation directly from the site. No back-and-forth email to find a time.
- A self-delivering lead magnet. Charlie’s own reflection guide, “What Could Less Look Like?”, goes out automatically the moment someone requests it, and adds them to his list.
- Off Squarespace, onto his own domain. The placeholder page is gone. New Pace now runs on infrastructure Charlie owns outright.
- A self-serve handoff. Same as every Work Understood build: Charlie will run and edit the site himself with his own AI coding agent, not wait on a call to Mark for routine changes.
Where it stands
The site, the booking, and the lead magnet are built and wired. The handoff to Charlie’s own agent is next, the last step before New Pace is entirely his to run.
