Before this work, crushthepain.com and meditationcrush.com ran on an older site with no real path from a visitor to a customer. Someone could land on an article about pain, read it, and leave. Nothing carried them toward the app or a coaching relationship. Handout content existed as static downloads, disconnected from any follow-up.
What we built
Two sites, rebuilt around a single message: a business site at crushthepain.com and an app landing page at meditationcrush.com, both organized around Ann’s own CRUSH framework so the path from “reading about pain” to “downloading the app” is a straight line instead of a maze.
- Lead-capture automation. Every lead magnet now feeds directly into Ann’s HubSpot account, where a follow-up sequence nurtures the download toward the app instead of letting the visitor disappear.
- A branded handout library. Four one-page guides built to Ann’s brand, plus a reusable skill so Ann can generate her own new branded handouts going forward without waiting on us.
- A self-serve site. The whole build is plain, editable code. Ann and her partner Jason can add or change a page themselves with their own AI coding tool, no CMS subscription and no agency in the loop for routine changes.
Where it stands
Both sites are live. The nurture automation and handout system are being finished so Ann and Jason can run the whole thing themselves without waiting on us.
